On May 5th 2019 Myself and Dawn will be running in the King’s Lynn GEAR Run 10km.

Dani has chosen this charity as it’s close to our family and in Memory of my uncle who passed a year ago with this disease.

MND changes everything not just for the person who has it but for the whole family and with your help support and donating to the charity other families can have the research and support to help fight it.
