As you are probably aware i have decided to run the Loch Ness Marathon in the hope of raising £600 for 'Stand By Me' so that a group of children in Burma Can get the chance to go to school

I realise just now that the whole country is pretty skint but im asking could you please put your hand in your pocket - even if it is a single £1 and donate some cash to help 'Stand By Me' to continue doing their great work worldwide.

Stand by Me is a movement of people committed to rescuing and caring for some of the world’s poorest children.

Through their children’s homes, schools and care centres, they aim to meet the individual needs of children who are orphaned, abandoned, abused are victims of war or disease or are living in extreme poverty.

They aim to make lasting improvements to children’s lives, by restoring their dignity and giving them a sense of self worth.

They want every child to feel loved and to reach their full potential.
