Please help us!

I don't see any way out of my situation. That's why I decided to ask you good people for help. I have two beautiful children and my husband is making our life terrible every day. In the beginning he was such a lovely man. Then some time ago my husband was diagnosed with a serious disease. He wasn't able to cope with this and he started to drink. Very soon he was drinking every day. He became depressed and this turned to anger. Once he came with me to pick up my son from the school and father of schoolmate from my son start to talk to me. When we went home he started to scream in front of my children and screamed that I'm whore. When we came home he locked me in our bedroom. My children were crying. All day he didn't let me out. My children were hungry. He didn’t gave them any food. They fell asleep crying. Next day he let me out and told me if I talk to any other man again that he will kill us all. That was the first time. Later he got aggressive almost every day for little things and screamed at my children too. He hurt us with horrible words. One time he tied my daughter to a radiator for 4 hours because she wouldn’t listen to him. Also one time he pushed my son and he hit his head against the wall. Because of this blow to his head my son was throwing up 2 days. My son started to pee again in his pants. My daughter doesn’t want to say anything. Like me they are also depressed and scared. Police will do nothing because he didn’t hit us. My mom moved to retirement home when my dad died. The house is on mine and my husbands name. I don't want to stay with him and ruin the lives of my children. Unfortunately I cannot rent apartment alone with my salary. In order for him to go out of the house I have to pay to him 30000 euro because the mortgage is also in his name and he wants money for his half of the home. Please help us. Whatever you can miss will be more then welcome.
