Aslaamu alaikum dear brothers and sisters.

The heart is heavy and filled with sadness as we write this.

A dear sister and friend, Zohra, in Morocco has been violently attacked and in need of our help.

As she slept her husband boiled oil and poured it over her. She has severe burns to her head chest and face.

We are urgently raising funds to pay for her medical treatment. Zohra is poor, she worked as a cleaning lady, and medical care in Morocco is very expensive.

Zohra is currently in Muhammad Khamis hospital in meknes receiving care. She is in critical condition.

I urge us all firstly to please take a few minutes and read yasine for the sister and secondly to give any amount you can and share amongst others who can support her.
