I am off on an expedition to Malawi at the end of September. As part of my trip I will visit school children who, whilst lucky enough to go to school, have to walk at least 5km every day to get to school. When I told my two boys they were surprised at the distance but shocked that often the children have no or poor quality shoes. During a trip to Clarks to get new shoes for my boys they asked if we could buy some for the children in Malawi! So we have come up with a plan.

During my trip I will attempt to climb around 1000 metres up Mount Mulanje. So the boys want to do something similar to raise money to buy school shoes for the children I will meet. They have roped in two school friends and so on 9 September we will all see how far up Snowdon we can reach! Please sponsor us and we will keep you updated with how far we get!
