Story

On July 13th over the course of 2 days, we will be taking on the gruelling challenge of cycling the Trans Pennine Trail coast-to-coast from Southport to Hornsea, which is 215 miles in total.

This challenge is a tough undertaking for anyone, especially 9 amateur cyclists from Barnsley.

We decided to undertake this event in order to raise money for 2 local charities and also get fit in the process.

Our target is to raise £5000 to be split evenly between Yorkshire Cancer Research and Tiny Hearts Appeal for Barnsley Hospital.

Its most definitely not going to be an easy ride, so please support us and help us achieve our goal.

Riders:

Louis Gilmartin - Luke Greenwood - Luke Hirst - Mark Kitch - Aaron Lane - John Percival - Ryan Pleasants - Matt Sanderson - Scott Stewart
