Below is a message from Yeva, one of our YungMash Collective mentees .

My name is Yeva and I have been a part of the YungMash Collective for over a year. As the youngest member of the group, I have found that the attentive support I have been given has encouraged me to come out of my shell and pushed me to gain the tools and knowledge I need to be the best version of myself.

I never stop learning with the YungMash Collective because the sessions we are given are all backed by neuroscience. Understanding how my brain functions and how I can communicate with my brain to decrease anxiety, overthinking and negativity has changed my life. Everything seems possible and no problem is too big to overcome.

The YungMash Collective focuses on empowerment and self-discipline, I have been taught many invaluable techniques leading to the development of a new mindset. A mindset where I learn that mistakes are only mistakes if you don’t learn from them. A mindset which centres around the power of the individual to understand their own emotions.

As I approach adulthood, I know that I will carry this mindset with me and grow my confidence to share it with anyone who can benefit from it, please help me and the YungMash Collective to continue achieving this.

No amount is too big or too small.
