Mae Cyfeillion Ysgol Bro Plenydd yn grŵp o ffrindiau, rhieni, perthnasau, staff, cyn-ddisgyblion a phobl o'r gymuned sy'n cefnogi'r ysgol trwy gyfrannu syniadau a threfnu gweithgareddau a digwyddiadau i godi arian ar gyfer yr ysgol. Mae'r ysgol yn defnyddio'r arian i brynu offer ar gyfer y plant sy'n cwrdd â'r cwricwlwm, talu am gostau teithio ar gyfer ymweliadau addysgol, gweithgareddau chwaraeon, gweithgareddau ychwanegol i'r plant fel dawns a rygbi, digwyddiadau cymunedol ac unrhyw beth y mae'r ysgol yn ei weld sy'n rhoi budd i'r disgyblion o fewn yr ysgol.

Friends of Ysgol Bro Plenydd are a group of friends, parents, relatives, staff, ex pupils and people from the community who support the school by contributing ideas, hands on help, organise and fundraise for the school. The money is then used to buy equipment for the children that meets the curriculum, pay for travel expenses for educational outings, sports activities, extra activities such as dance and rugby, community events and anything that they would benefit the pupils within the school
