Story
Salam all,
On the 26th July I will be flying out to Marrakech, Morocco for some volunteering work. The main work I will be doing is:
1) working with young people aged between 8 and 14 in a children's orphanage
2) supporting staff at a babies orphanage
3) creating food packs and feeding the homeless across Marrakech
4) renovating and decorating orphanages and care homes across the city
I would humbly like to request your support in any way possible. This may be through the donation of old toys or clothes which I can take and leave at the orphanages or through money which I promise to spend on whichever project you would prefer.

7 years agoDear all, A massive thank you for your donations, please see below for a breakdown of how your money was spent: 1) Buying food, drink and fruit to feed the homeless on several occasions 2) Buying toys and gifts for poor children in the villages 3) Buying nappies and other baby sanitation items for the baby orphanage 4) Buying medicine for those that can not afford to treat their illness 5) Two whole cows were purchased to feed homeless people over the Eid period in September.
