Story
In loving memory of Yiannis Stylianou
It is with heavy heart that our family shares that, husband, father and grandfather, Yiannis Stylianou passed away peacefully, at home, surrounded by his wife and children on January 2nd 2021.
Yiannis was a well known and respected member of the Brighton and Greek Cypriot communities. A hardworking businessman, born into poverty, he devoted his life to his much-loved family and Greek community.
A man of great strength and drive, he spoke of his proudest life’s achievements to be establishing his entire family, from a small agricultural village in Cyprus, into Brighton life and being a founding father of Church of the Holy Trinity, Brighton.
A great fundraiser himself, Yiannis’ lasting wish was to make a final contribution of twelve icons depicting the Twelve Great Feasts, for the centre of the of the very Church he contributed so much to over the decades.
It is with this aim in mind, that the family request your assistence to raise as much as possible for the Church.
Your generous donations will be highly appreciated.
