The current Covid19 pandemic has raised the awareness of just how important all Frontline and Key workers are to our communities. We are setting up a registered charity and raising funds to preserve and protect the health and Well-Being of Frontline workers in the UK by providing free Well-Being education and coaching. Frontline workers includes NHS workers, Armed services, Emergency services, Education workers, Carers, Retail Workers, Transport and Haulage workers and any other groups providing essential services for the benefit of the general public at the discretion of the trustees.

This will be achieved by providing workshops and coaching sessions with Well-Being Coaches and providing access to on-line content designed to promote healthy lifestyle and well-being.
