Story

In summer of 2024, the students at Tytherington School have been given a once in a lifetime opportunity to embark on an adventure with real impact to one of East Africa's most amazing destinations. 30 students from the school will be making the trip to Kenya and work alongside local people, getting involved in a range of sustainable projects, from community development to environmental conservation. They need to raise £4,000 each to get there, so they really need your help! Artie and Sam, both aged 14, are raising funds to take part in the trip organised by Camps International and have come up with a unique way to show their determination to get there!

On Sunday 3rd September 2023, Artie & Sam will be climbing the height of Mount Kenya (5,200m) - up and down White Nancy in Bollington for over 8 hours!! This is 32 TIMES!!!!!
