On the 5th May I am running my 1st 10k in Liverpool. I set myself this challenge at the beginning of the year as I have only ever completed a 5k run. I have been regularly training and pushing myself each week ( it hasn't been easy) but I have all the support from my gym friends at Marshside Health Club. I would also like to have the opportunity to raise money in memory of my son's best friend Adam Seaton. Adam was part of the Griffin Scouts in Southport and this was a big part of his life. I would firstly like to achieve my challenge and secondly raise some money on behalf of Adam.
