Chair-Based Exercise meets Reggae Salsa

Join us for a special GET DOWN ON IT Chair-Based Exercise Event & REGGAE SALSA in January 2025! This event is designed to help engage in gentle, guided exercises that promote health and wellness. Chair-based exercises and Reggae Salsa are an excellent way to stay active, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being. These exercises are low-impact, easy to perform, and can be modified to suit individual abilities.
