I've raised £10000 to Provide Free Online LGBTQ+ Well-being Workshops.

Research shows that the well-being needs of each minority group are unique and require specific attention. People in the LGBTQ+ community are three times more likely to experience anxiety and depression compared to the general population, with over 50% admitting they have suffered from mental health issues in the past. (Source: Stonewall) . This rate is only going up due to the isolation many are facing during the pandemic with 79% reporting that their mental health is taking a hit. (Source: OutLife).
Identity and authenticity are at the core of our wellbeing programmes because understanding both is key to unlocking potential. Studies show that when people feel confident about their identity, their mental health and wellbeing improves because they feel more able to take control of their life.
Our leading industry professionals guide participants through a process of self-exploration, using applied neuroscience teachings, psychological and holistic self-enquiry, interactive workshops, developmental coaching, and peer-to-peer learning.
Participants establish action-orientated goals and objectives; empowered with practical next steps, a self-care tool kit and support network to build connection and resilience.
To date, we've had 1000+ LGBTQ+ people sign up to our virtual personal development programmes, with incredible results. Read reviews.
We're seeing that when people feel included and empowered in supportive communities and networks, they make more positive and healthy lifestyle choices, which in-turn increases overall happiness. They become more confident and content with the decisions they make and more intuitive in their actions.
By providing relevant and tailored well-being programmes such as this, we are fundamentally encouraging individuals to reach their full potential in life. And by investing in the long-term well-being of individuals, we are working towards resolving issues in the wider community.
By normalising the discussion of heavily stigmatised issues, we create space for more inclusive and supportive communities.
