Whilst the school is providing a great education and experience for all of the children enrolled, with funding cuts and high inflation, it is getting more difficult for funds to be allocated towards equipment and experiences to provide the children with the best possible well rounded education. The Friends of Bredon Hancock’s work all year round to raise funds to help with the purchase of all kinds of things for the children such as IT equipment, atlases, French dictionaries and a Christmas present for all children in the school.

Whilst most of the fund raising is done by holding events for the children to attend, such as school discos or fates, spending a night in the Warwick Castle Dungeon (Gaol) from 6pm to 6am on September 19th 2023, is our way of raising funds and helping both the charity and the children.

As a thank you to Warwick Castle for allowing us to use the Dungeon, we are also giving 10% of the funds raised back to their charity, Merlin's Magic Wand, which is another great children's charity
