    Story

Hi everyone, I am raising money to help Ward 23 at Royal Shrewsbury Hospital where my mom has spent the last 3 weeks fighting for her life and recovering from a blood immune disorder called ITP. On the Sunday she went in with flu symptoms and dehydrated then we were quickly told she had ITP which makes your immune system attack its own white blood Cells/platelets mistaking them for a infection. By the wednesday my mom had deteriorated so we were told to get all the family up as we didnt think she was going to make it through the night. We all know hospitals are under staffed and under funded yet I have never witnessed a higher standard of care my mom recieved and with herself being so brave and strong along with the outstanding nurses and doctors thought back against ITP and she has now pulled through against all the odds. My mom didnt react like anyone else ever had to the usual drugs given for this condition so the team of doctors/nurses had to think outside the box to save an treat her as best they could never giving up on her and I can only ever be forever grateful as im sure anyone else would be for still having someone they love so much still in there life. Not only did they care for my mom but provided all the support an kindness we needed as a family to help us cope with the situation we was in, providing us with a flat on the ward to sleep and rest in and generally just going the extra mile when ever they could. My mom is now back home and I couldnt be happier which is why I've set up this crowd funding page to show my appreciation to the nurses and doctors on Ward 23 when you hear and read so much negative stories I'm so glad i can share a postive experience and outcome. So can you PLEASE help me raise the target ive set, for every £10 a person donates they will have a chance/ticket to win just under £800 worth of tattoo time with myself. PLEASE be generous people im sure you all have loved ones you cherish. The draw will be held live on facebook once i hit the target so can everyone who wants to be entered into the draw please state there full name so i can publish the winners.... Thankyou in advance for your generosity its going to a good place.
