Meet Walt! He's my 17 year old son. He's a very enthusiastic and caring young man, who loves the outdoors and nature. He's also very lucky - he's been offered an incredible opportunity to go on a research-conservation field trip to South Africa this summer as part of his biology studies. He's determined to raise as many funds as possible in all kinds of cool ways (as the field trip is self-funded), so he's doing a 12-hour crochet-marathon (like running, but crochet!) and hopes you'll be able to cheer him on and support him!
