Emma Walker is part of the Money for Nothing family. She is our wallpaper wonderwoman and has an amazing talent for rescuing old pieces of furniture. She and Badger her terrier live and work in Brighton.

Emma is not well. In fact she is very poorly. She has been diagnosed with lung cancer that has spead to her bones. Emma does have a great family network but she is currently too unwell to work and we would like to support her by raising some extra money so she can have some help, around the home, with Badger, with making meals and with transforming her spare bedroom back from a workshop into a place where friends and family can come and stay.

Emma saw the first series of Money for Nothing and contacted us to see if her unique skills could be put to good use. She has since transformed many pieces of furniture and generated hundreds of pounds, much of which has been donated to charity. She has captured the hearts of hundreds of viewers, inspired a wallpapering revolution and has said that everyone’s lovely comments have given her a sense of self confidence that she has sometimes lacked.
