    Story

PROJECT Walktotalk Bristol is a 13 mile charity circuit walk of Bristol Raising money for local charity 'Off the record'.

Help us fund the project which aims to unite Bristol over Mental Health and Make Mental Health a Conversation.

The project supports Off the Record (Bristol), a social movement and awesome charity with an innovative approach to supporting mental health of those between 11 and 25 in an empowering, sustainable way. Ultimately, this takes the pressure of strained services and has proven to change the lives of many.

Any donations, no matter how small, will make us make what we hope to be a huge difference to mental health in Bristol.

    Lets do this, Bristol.

    Our Goal

The overarching goal is that Project WalktoTalk brand walks make people talk about mental health, often without even realising they have.

"I was talking to a complete stranger about things I wouldn't even talk to close friends about, it was then that I realised how effective this walk had actually become"

More information can be found at www.projectwalktotalk.org.

    Where will the funds go?

Money raised here will be used to cover some of the unavoidable costs of running this event. Once these costs are covered, all money will be donated to Off the Record.

*This event is subject to site permission. In the unlikely event that this event is cancelled, all funds will be donated to Off the Record.

We've just over a week to go until the big day on 4th May and are so grateful for everyone's support. We're so excited to be running the first ever PROJECT WalktoTalk Bristol event. On College Green, our participants will start between 10am and 11.30am. We also have OTR Bristol showcasing their work and many other exciting things going on. We even have an advice and support hub with a number of local experts, those with lived experience or simply a common passion ready to answer any questions and give tips! Pop down for a chat if you can!
