Story

I work as a phyisotherapist at Falmouth Hospital as part of an in-patient therapy team that works to help people get back to walking and independence following falls, fractures and ill health. I want to raise £1000 to purchase a Taurus mobility aid to help people in their rehabilitation and plan to walk the Kylgh Kernow, this September, to fundraise.

The Kylgh Kernow, or Circuit of Cornwall trail, is a 387mile long walk around the entirety of Cornwall, consisting of the Cornish section of the South West Coast path combined with the Tamara Coast to Coast Way. The Tamara Way is a newly created walking route following the Tamar river from Plymouth to Morwenstow; completing the circle around the county of Cornwall.

Any donation you’re able to make will help and will go towards continuing to support the work done at our community hospital here in Falmouth.
