Salaam and hi guys, thank you for lending a moment of your time to read this. I am spending 6 weeks of summer this year in Kenya for my medical elective. Located just outside of Nairobi, Tigoni District Hospital is a rural area with limited resources, many deaths could have simply be prevented if the expertise was armed with adequate medical supplies. I am aiming to buy basic medical necessities like blood pressure meter, pulse oximeter and thermometer to help improve the work of the doctors here and therefore, patients' conditions. I am hopeful that I will be able to at least make a (even the slightest) difference here before I leave and this would only be possible with the help of your invisible but powerful hands.
