Hello lovely Vita & Echo listeners,

I'm raising £1,000 for The Woking Hospice and The Fountain Centre.

As you have probably heard on the podcast, last year I completed 3 x challenges and raised just over £9000 for two incredible charities that supported my Mum and our family through her illness and death:

- The Woking Hospice

- The Fountain Centre
