Vienna is a talented 12 year old dancer, who attends Sharnbrook Academy and Elev8 Studios. She is a huge part of our dance school - starting out as a tiny tot and progressing to 12 classes a week! Vienna is an assistant in all of our baby classes, a soloist and group member on our competition team and most importantly a friend to everyone! Her shining smile is always on display and her enthusiasm is contagious!

Three weeks ago, Vienna had an accident on a trampoline which proved to be life changing. She was taken to Bedford Hospital with a broken arm and proceeded to go through four surgeries. The circulation in her arm had been badly affected and she was transferred to Great Ormond Street; Vienna then underwent further surgeries to try to save her arm. However, after their best efforts, Vienna had surgery to remove her hand and lower part of her arm.

This is a huge ordeal for any child to go through; both emotionally and physically. But of course, in true Vienna style, she faced it all with a smile and a positive outlook! Because of Covid-19, only one parent has been able to be with Vienna with no additional visitors. Her Dad and brother have been able to pop in, but are also working hard to revise Vienna's bedroom and living area to accommodate the changes to her situation - well done Gary & Fin! Meanwhile, Michelle (Viennas Mum), has been in the hospital with Vienna.

When Vienna found out about the procedure, her first question for the doctor was 'when can I dance again'? That's where we come in! Vienna is loved by everyone at ELEV8 and her dance family have been asking how they can help to support her.

We are fundraising toward rehabilitation equipment and adaptions that will help Vienna on her road to recovery. There may maybe some bumps along the way, but we can help to support her over them and fund the required practical aids.

Vienna is a shining star who is determined in her recovery. As her dance family, we all know the strength of character she possesses... if you have ever met Vienna at a festival, you will know that she always has a smile and 'well done' for everyone! Any support you can offer toward her recovery and rehabilitation will go a very long way.

We can't wait to be back at dance and have you with us Vienna. We need you in our baby classes!
