Our gorgeous Lilo arrived with us in 2003 when she was 4 months old.
We named her Lilo as the Disney movie Lilo and Stitch was our favourite.
She was a companion to me when hubby was away at sea and we had her soft as muck. Allowed on the couch, the bed and tons of snuggles. She came everywhere with us and in the 14 years of having her she only went to kennels for 1 night (which was our wedding day and on collection she wouldn't speak to me for 2 days cos I had left her).

Unfortunately less than 48 hours ago we had to make the difficult decision to have her put to sleep after suffering from post operative complications from surgery only 1 day before.

We have always had pet insurance for her but unfortunately we missed a couple of premiums after struggling with finances only a few months ago, and because she has had a few issues previously we knew they wouldn't cover us again.
So after having a major surgery and the decision to put her to sleep we are left with 2 bills.
£770 from the operation and £400 from the emergency/PTS and cremation.

I have sold all my pandora charms that have been collected over the years my eternity ring and we have managed to raise just over £250 so far, but we are so short.

If anyone can help us with 50p, £1 or anything we would be ever so grateful.
