This is an Ukrainian/ British family-run, volunteer initiative.

In last week’s fundraiser, we raised almost £10,000 and successfully transferred 2 ambulances (with 3 more on the way) and 2 loads of medical supplies to Kyiv, working alongside another group of fund-raising volunteers. We are hoping to send the next ambulances to Kharkiv.

The process:

Step 1) The targeted fundraising stage.

Step 2) Volunteers source the medical goods from local pharmacies and ambulances from a warehouse in Derby. A volunteer goes to check the vehicles before purchasing.

Step 3) The vehicle is driven to the border by a brave volunteer, after which is it driven across the country to a dedicated hospital by soldiers.
