Through Slalom Inspires, we are fundraising to support Ukrainian canoe slalom athletes to live and train in Europe until it is safe for them to return.

At the start of the Russian Invasion of Ukraine, a number of athletes (Senior, U23 and Junior on various training camps) were stranded in Reunion Isles, France and Poland and whilst they have largely been supported by the local communities, they need money for clothes, toiletries, food, transport etc and will need ongoing support if they are going to be able to race internationally this year.

Donations will go into the Slalom Inspires account and will be transferred to Olympian, Viktoriia Us, who will coordinate distribution to the athletes.
