Story

In times of war, countless families face the unimaginable agony of losing contact with their loved ones. Right now, many families in Ukraine are desperately searching for those who have gone missing, clinging to hope amidst the chaos and uncertainty. UAID has partnered with 'Music Will Save the World' to raise funds to support these families in their time of need. Your generous contribution can make a significant difference by: 1) Providing Essential Support: Financial assistance for food, shelter, and medical care. 2) Facilitating Search Efforts: Funding for investigative teams, search operations, and legal assistance. 3) Offering Emotional and Psychological Care: Counseling and support groups to help families cope with the trauma and uncertainty.

Every donation, no matter how small, brings UAID one step closer to helping reunite families and provide them with the resources they desperately need.

Join us in this vital mission. Your compassion and generosity can help heal broken hearts and bring hope to those who need it most.

Donate Now and Make a Difference.

About 'Music Will Save The World'

'Music Will Save The World' is a non-profit organisation dedicated to protecting and promoting organic music. One of its missions is creating performing arts projects with significant social impact. The current "Opera Is Us" project seeks to illuminate pertinent social issues by extracting an operatic aria from its original context and creating a short film based on the aria's music.

The UK premiere of the short film MAGURA took place in Cambridge in June 2024. It specifically addresses and highlights the issue of the missing people of war. Directed by Ukrainian-British Anna Starushkevych, an opera singer driven by the personal tragedy of a close relative going missing at the front, 'Magura' is both a tribute to Ukrainian resilience and a plea for remembrance and resolution amid the ongoing war. 'Magura' aims to spark discussions and fundraise to support those affected by the issue.

Thank you for your support.

@uaid.intl started fundraising for this project last Friday 14th June at the Downing Place Church in Cambridge. We had the pleasure of supporting the UK premiere of MAGURA, dedicated to the missing people of war, and a long overdue discussion on this important topic. Thanks to generous donations of our supporters we’ve raised £569. Please keep giving and help us reach our target! All the funds raised will go to @_platsdarm_ charitable organisation supporting Ukrainian families whose loved ones are missing. #musicwillsavetheworld #uaid
