We posted a few weeks ago that we were surprised and humbled when the Forza_Garibaldi guys approached us with regards doing a collection for a "good cause" at there Christmas Pre-match party event and that they had unanimously voted that the cause should be Tyler... We have nominated a charity local to Tyler called Archie's Smile

Archies Smile is predominately a Stay and Play for families with a child that has Down Syndrome and although it is aimed at pre-school children it is open to all families that are lucky enough to have a member with Down Syndrome.The Stay and play isn't just for the children it is for the Mummies and Daddies to be able to help support each other on the journey they share through life.

Archies Smile also supports local families who have recently received a Down Syndrome diagnosis by supplying each family with a 'Bag of smiles'. These are given to the parents at the hospital. With the aim to provide new parents with an insight into what life is like having a child with Down Syndrome.

It was great to see a big turnout, not so much for the charity collection but more for the positivity forza_Garibaldi and the fans have created in these pre-match get togethers. and it sure did put a smile on Tyler's and our faces to see everyone there.

During the get together we were approached by several of Tyler's fans and were asked if there was a just giving page for the event. At the time we were unable to set one up but hopefully we can reach these people through the world of social media. Thanks again everyone for saying hello to Tyler and helping him raise funds for a well deserved charity.
