We have completed the walk!! Thank you so much to everyone who has supported and encouraged us with this venture. We started the walk at 5.50am on Saturday and reached the white cliffs of Dover around 9.30pm. We stopped briefly at Canterbury Cathedral for a prayer and a blessing from Julia, a chaplain. The last kilometre at Dover was extremely difficult as blistered had formed on the soles of our feet, but we pushed on with Abi driving alongside us playing 'Gonna fly now' from Rocky! So 2 weeks tomorrow we are doing our epic walk to Dover along the North Down's Way. Over 150km combined between Tom, Noah and Rob in a day! This Saturday we are doing a practice walk from our house in Epsom to Leith hill in Surrey. We will leave early and it'll be great training as the last 5km is all uphill. So... We will be starting our charity walk at 6am on Saturday 6th July from just outside Ashford. We will walk into Canterbury around midday where will stop by the cathedral for a prayer and a blessing from one of the chaplains.
