Tom's 4 miles - every 4 hours - for 48 hours (4x4x48)

I am doing this challenge for the family of Glenn Fullam who passed away earlier this year of cancer.

I have had many battles on the Football pitch against Glenn playing for United Kingdom Armed Forces Football Team against The Irish Defence Force (Rep of Ireland). He was a very good player and we shared some good times off the field, after the games over a few beers.

We at the UKAF are truly devastated to hear of this news and this challnege is the least I can do for us to show our support to his young family and the Irish Defence Force.
