Story

For those of you that know our sister, Tiffany Black (nee Bentley) she is kind, caring and full of life. She is a wonderful mum to 3 beautiful children. Tiff moved to Australia 7 years ago after she married Australian rugby player, Ben Black.

Unfortunately, at just 33 years of age, Tiff has been diagnosed with a very aggressive form of cancer. The doctors can’t distinguish the exact type of cancer at this stage, it is very complex and has caused many tumours in her thyroid, neck and upper chest. Having not previously witnessed a cancer this aggressive in someone so young, the specialists at John Flynn Hospital, Queensland, Australia, have advised that extensive life changing treatment is required immediately.

10 days after the doctors appointment she faces the daunting task of paying initial medical bills of $40000 before her life saving treatment can commence and a full prognosis and estimated costs be established.

Whilst we are all struggling to process the news, what we are aiming to do is to get Tiff the $40000 she needs to start her fight and to give her the opportunity to see her three young children grow up. We are also trying to raise funds to help towards the aftercare treatment following her surgery. We are asking for your help and any donation and message of support would be greatly appreciated. Once treatment can start updates of Tiff’s progress will follow.

Thank you in advance.
