As you are probably aware I set myself a challenge back in January to get more active and run the 10k "roon the toon" in Kilmarnock on Sunday 9th June.
To tie in with this I, along with my friend Jamie Morrison and his brother jonathon, would like to try and raise some funds for the neo natal unit at crosshouse hospital.
They helped my family out tremendously back in March 2015 when my son was prematurely at 34 weeks.
Even though i work for the NHS, It wasn't until I set foot in the department that I saw first hand the tremendous work the staff carry out daily.
It was also during this time i realised how much they depend on donations from members of the public to keep the fantastic service running.
