Over the course of 2022, I will be running at least 12 Marathons and Half Marathons as the MaraMinion to support 12 different charities who do great work in their fields. Alongside the 12 marathons, I will be running Park Runs, doing the David Goggins 4x4x48 and adding in as many other events as possible to raise awareness for these superb causes. Maybe even an 'Ultra' MaraMinion event! I have detailed each charity and the personal reason behind supporting them on the MaraMinion website - www.maraminion.co.uk. largely linked in memory of my Mum who I lost to Lung Cancer.

I aim to be joined by at least one or more MaraMinion friends for each event following the fun we had with Vass the Minion, Darren the Minion and Mark the Minion around the London and Yorkshire Marathons in 2021! Volunteer's welcome!
