St Ives Corn Exchange is crowdfunding
Iʼm raising £10,000 to save the Corn Exchange from possibly closing due to high utility charges and loss of income when the cafe was closed due to roof works.

Story
The Corn Exchange building is owned by St Ives Town Council and is run by the Corn Exchange Community Interest Company (CIC) . It is a non-profit organisation which supports the local community through our beautifully decorated Riverport Café Bar and events and music programmes held in our large Charter Hall and other smaller event rooms. We struggled financially during and post Covid, however a recent 7 month closure of the café due to the replacement of the buildings asbestos roof and more significantly yearly electricity and gas utility costs of close to £40,000, means we are again struggling financially to meet our outgoings.
