Elderly residents in Aylesford and the surrounding areas are having to self isolate and are getting cut off from society. We're committed to delivering our vulnerable residents a home cooked meal each day over the coming weeks and months during the Covid-19 crisis. It's also a chance for us to check on our elderly residents (if only a quick chat through the letterbox!) and ensure they are ok and have everything they need.
