During the pandemic I couldn't simply sit still whilst on furlough. I decided to clean the river running through my town making it safer and more attractive for the local residents and visitors, and also a better habitat for wildlife.
In 2023 and moving forward I will be increasing the number of children's nature walks I do which highlight our beautiful river from the source with its rare chalk spring and blow wells all the way out to sea.
I hope what I do inspires others to care. Taking your small piece of the world and making it better in whatever capacity is so rewarding. It doesnt have to be over ambitious as change can be simple yet effective.

The work I do on the river depends on company sponsorship and your generosity to continue.
