For those who do not know us, we are Skiology and independent catered chalet company in the Alps. Sustainability is at the centre of all we do and our big audacious goal is to have the lowest carbon foot print of all the chalet companies in the Alps!

To mark 15 years of Skiology, we have launched our first ever cookbook with a collection of some of our favourite chalet recipes to share with you which have been fuelling hungry winter guests over the years. .
