Story

Despite the eviction of the Calais ‘Jungle’ in October 2016 and the Dunkirk burning down in April 2017, there are still around 1,500 refugees sleeping rough in the forests in northern France. The youngest unaccompanied minor in Calais is currently just nine years old.

It's freezing in Calais right now, people have nowhere to go and are living rough again in the area where the Calais Jungle once stood. As temperatures continue to drop, help us keep people warm.

We're going out to Calais at the end of January to volunteer with Help Refugees, we've been asking people to donate from this list: https://helprefugees.org/calais/needs-list/ and collecting as much as we can but cash donations would also be greatly appreciated.

We will be giving any donations directly to Help Refugees and will be ale to see first hand how this helps the refugees who are in such desperate circumstances.

Thank you for anything you can give xx
