LSEG Charity Cycle - London to Paris - 5th - 7th July 2019

Having recently completed my first cycling event from Bordeaux to Beziers, I have decided to use this as the platform for my next venture - London to Paris. This ride covers 380km over 3 days and will start at the London Stock Exchange office near St. Pauls Cathedral and finishes at the Eiffel Tower (via Portsmouth and Evreaux)

Having undergone heart procedures last year, I will be riding to raise funds for a local cardio-pulmionary charity for those far less fortunate in their health than myself and have extended the just-giving page to include this ride. LSEG Foundation has, once again, been generous to agree to match any funds raised for this ride.

Milton Keynes Community Cardio-pulmonary Group (MKCCG) was established in 1989, to help to offer a safe environment for people with cardiac conditions or respiratory conditions to exercise. With sessions held each week for both exercise and relaxation they help to build up confidence and strength in their members, helping the members to get back into mainstream life again.
