18th May - 24th May is mental health awareness week.
We want to encourage you to be creative during Mental Health Awareness Week. Find ways to exercise, wear a T-shirt that makes people think, be kind to yourself, reach out to others. You can donate as you do it, as we continue to raise funds to end the stigma of talking about mental health.
Update on Chris Egans marathon attempt. He completed the marathon and raised £3907 and donated it to TEAMS.
We then teamed up with St Mary's to run our mental health awareness week campaign. This had been a success so far. If you have a look on TEAMS and St Mary's Facebook you will see the work we have done this week!
