Congratulations to Dave Taylor - winning captain as the Parents won in the Parents v Kids game at the end of the season. Again a superb day - a confirmed annual event in the future. Thanks to all helpers on the day - especially the food and 2 raffles. All junior sides have played admirably this year and the senior sides have benefitted by their progress. The final third XI game had 8 juniors playing out of 11 players - superb.

Well - how well did the Funday go!!! A superb Community event. The weather was kind and the whole day went superbly. The inaugural Trophy for the sporting element of the day (this year it was rounders) went to our very own Thackley CC Juniors team - well done all!!!. Thanks everybody for all help given pre/post and on the day. Another big thanks to all the stalls & local businesses who donated prizes for the raffle. The profits from the raffle were shared equally between the nets and Andy's Man Club - another great charity the club is promoting
