My dad and I are complete Swifties, and we had two tickets in our basket in Ticketmaster, for the Eras Tour in Edinburgh. As we were paying, the site crashed, and we lost the tickets. We spent at least 6 hours in front of the computer, silently begging it to work. We found tickets, selling for £700 each. People were buying tickets and reselling them for ridiculous prices. My dad and I are utterly devastated. I'm not expecting this to work, but we would be hugely grateful if people could donate a little money, even a mere 50p could make the difference for us.
