The Duel were a band that did great things in the music scene. Not to take away from other bands, but many described us as pioneers as opposed to settlers. We made great music that inspired. Toured and encouraged many artists, musicians and the wonderful fans.

Unbeknown to The Duel, all this was accomplished whilst Andy was suffering from undiagnosed MS. This undiagnosed condition, despite many attempts to find out, tore up The Duel's life. Now in hindsight and with the knowledge of what actually was ruining their personal life over two decades, we re looking to help Andy and his partner Julia, live a more comfortable life, as they deal with the challenges they are faced with going forward, at a time in this country where support is being denied to those that need it most, with relentless cuts within the NHS and to those affected by disability.

The money we are raising with your help, is going towards an electric wheelchair that will make it easier for Andy to move around independently in his own home ie to go to the bathroom, answer the front door etc.

With your support and contribution however small or large you will be helping him to have his life back a bit more whilst living with his condition.
