Story
My grandparents live in argyl scotland, for those of you who dont know what area is like, it is very remote, and doesnt have easy access to a larger and more facilitating hospital. There closest and fully equiped hospital is 2 and a half hours away from them in glasgow. In February my grandad was diagnosed with heart faliure with no chance of surgery to help him, he was then given 12 months to live. In May he was rushed into Oban hospital with a bleed on his brain, which is also inoperable due to stress it would cause his heart. He also suffered more tremendous pressure on his heart due to having 2 mini strokes whilst in hospital that the nurses and doctors did not pick up on until after the effect.
A few weeks after he was let out of hospital their landlady gave them notice to quit on the property due to electrial faliures. I live in Devon with my Mum and recently have managed to secure them a rented property here.
My grandparents are both in theyre late 60's and both on life time disibility allowance and Goverment pensions.
Between us we have managed to pay for the deposits, reference fees and first months rents upfront. What im looking for is to raise money for the removal company, we have shopped around and found the cheapest company who will pack the house up for them, drive it to Devon and unload it all this side.
Moving them to Devon will not only bring them closer to us in Grandads last months, it will also allow my Grandma to have some extra emotional and physical support as currently she is my Grandads only carer. For me personally this will help me to see more of my Grandad and hopefully have one last family Christmas together.

Sounds like Rock and Hard place medically. At least if they're close by then peace of mind. Happy to assist in a small way.
