Thankyou for checking out this page, Shaun is a healthy 34 year old- he has struggled with stomach issues for many years then just over a month ago he began throwing up every night. He repeatedly went back to the doctors to ask for help, was told it was IBS and sent home. However 2 weeks ago was rushed to A&E after collapsing at home. The doctors did a CT scan which revealed multiple cancerous masses is his bowel. He has been told that these were unoperable and they don't think they will respond to chemo. Shaun has now been transfered to St James who are much more optomistic about his treatment and recovery. Shaun isn't going to give up, he wants to fight this with everything he has. He has a loving partner of 15 years, 2 dogs and a cat that all care and miss him deeply.

Shaun had just landed himself a new job shortly before his health had deterioated and unfortunately hasn't passed his probahtion yet, while his company have been sympathetic to our situation he has had to be put on statatory sick pay.

I have agreed with my work to go down to part time so I can support Shaun while he goes through his treatment, and while we have a little bit of savings this wont last long in todays climate so we are asking for any donations people can spare to help us stay afloat during this difficult time so that we can get through this together.

Additionally we think when Shaun comes home during treatment he will need a downstairs bathroom, The house is mid being remodelled in places and needs some finishing plaster work and plumbing if anyone can help with this we would be truly grateful?
