Story

Hi my name is Susan Campbell.

I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis 19 years ago in Scotland, where I live. Originally I had relapsing remitting MS for 13 years and I progressed to secondary progressive MS 6 years ago.

Since then I am now unable to walk, lost most of the use of my left arm and hand, and it's starting to affect my right hand to the point I have now retired, stopped driving and moved to an adapted bungalow.

The only medically proven option for me to stop my MS from progressing further is to get HSCT - Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant. Currently the only medical facility who can offer me this treatment is Clinica Ruiz in Puebla, Mexico. This is due to me being an 8 on the EDSS scale (Expanded Disability Status Scale) out of a possible 10.

For me to get there, I need to raise £47,000 as soon as possible as I have been offered a date in July 2018. I'm desperate to raise the funds, so I can secure my place on this life changing treatment and have it done before my MS gets worse.

If you donate it will change my life and my family's life,

So I'm thanking you in advance for your generosity.
