On Friday 17th July, our family was devastated by the sudden and unexpected passing of Anthony Dennis, a loving father to Oliver, a cherished son to Rhona and Mike, a much-loved brother to Ellen and Ian, and an uncle, friend and role model to so many.

The past few weeks have been incredibly difficult as we try to come to terms with such an unimaginable loss. While Anthony's passing has left a huge hole in all of our lives, the greatest heartbreak is knowing that his 13-year-old son, Oliver, now has to face life without his dad.

Anthony wasn't just Oliver's father; he was his best friend, his biggest supporter and the person he looked up to every single day. Their bond was something truly special, and no child should have to experience losing a parent at such a young age.

As a family, we are committed to giving Oliver all the love, care and support he deserves. We will do everything we can to help him through the years ahead and make sure he has every opportunity to build the future his dad would have wanted for him.

Many people have reached out asking how they can help. The love and support shown since Anthony's passing has been overwhelming and has reminded us just how many lives he touched, particularly within the skateboarding and BMX community, where he was known and loved by so many.

This page has been created to give those who wish to help the opportunity to support Oliver's future. Every penny raised will be used solely for Oliver, helping to provide the opportunities, security and support that Anthony would have wanted for his son. Whether that's education, hobbies, important milestones, everyday needs or simply giving him a helping hand as he grows up, this fund will always be there for Oliver.

No amount of money will ever replace Anthony or take away the pain of losing him, but we hope this fundraiser will show Oliver just how many people cared about his dad and how many people are standing beside him as he navigates life without him.
