Hi family, friends and friends of friends!! I hope this finds you well 🙏

We are trying to raise some money to support our beautiful friend Natalie Forrest and her family through a very difficult time right now.

Natalie was recently diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia and is currently having chemotherapy to help her fight this horrible disease and get back to health.

She has completed one round but has more to go. She’s an absolute warrior, has faced many challenges and keeps fighting and surprising us all. Even the doctors!

This weekend Natalie’s sweet heart stopped. She was resuscitated for 30 minutes. She went on to have 6 further cardiac arrests whilst on life support and now has broken ribs from CPR.

Today she is managing to breathe on her own, responding well and communicating. She is fighting very hard but her heart remains weak.

Natalie also suffers from extreme anxiety and as a result her mum Anne and brother John have been by her side 24/7 to help keep her calm and support her through this hard time. It’s beautiful how they love and care for her so deeply but we all could do a little more to help ease the load.

We are hoping to raise enough funds to cover her bills so they don’t have to have any additional money worries at such a challenging time in their lives.

If you know Natalie, you know she’s a very kind person who does a lot of fund raising herself for charity. She recently raised money for The Beatson in honour of her late dad who sadly passed away earlier this year.
