Story

This is achievable... if 600 people donate just £30 (or whatever you can give) this will allow 2 amazing people to have their dreams come true - Martin and Sue Wood!

Following the Christmas light switch on in Shrewsbury Town Centre I enjoyed a lovely chat with Martin and Sue, They told me about Sue's recent 'test drive' of THE most awesome wheelchair which means she can be upright. This would revolutionise Sue's entire life and help her manage her spasms better.

For those people who know of Martin and Sue they will know they're a very giving couple who have supported Shrewsbury and Shropshire for over 30 years. They were adamant they they were not prepared to be looked on as a charity case. I agree totally BUT I wanted to help them achieve a goal that they will simply not be able to afford without help. So my appeal is to get 600 people to donate £30 as a present to the wonderful couple....that HAS to be possible. If the couple have touched your life in any way great or small then please join me in giving them THE best Christmas present imaginable and enabling Sue to have the chair of her dreams which is £15 000 (this will be purchased locally from http://geniestandingwheelchair.co.uk/).

So I hear you ask why are you raising £18 000? Well Martin needs new Town Crier Robes and due to his significant height they're a significant costs.... a whopping £3000 so the double challenge began. Please spread the word throughout the county, businesses and individuals alike have been helped by having a character like Martin in the town and without Sue and all of her support that simply would not be possible!

Lets help this wonderful couple make their dreams come true....lets raise a whopping £18 000!!
